The lack of movement, free play, and physical education has become an absolute epidemic amongst our youth today. Not only are childhood obesity rates skyrocketing, kids are also losing the ability to perform very basic and necessary movement skills such as skipping, jumping, crawling, etc.

Our youth development programs are centered around giving kids the opportunity to perform these essential movement skills and develop critical foundational strength and self confidence that will set them up for success for years to come. They will also have the opportunity to learn important life lessons that the weight room and training offers such as work ethic, consistency, ……. while learning the importance of  but having fun at the same time! 

At this age we put a tremendous emphasis on form, technique and quality of movement. We believe that it is absolutely critical that our Middle School athletes create really good habits now while gaining mastery in our basic movements and lifts so as they get older and progress they have a solid foundation to fall back on and understand how to perform every lift safely and effectively.

We want all of our young athletes’ first experience with fitness to be a positive one in hopes that they are able to develop a lifelong love for health and fitness that lasts long after the final buzzer sounds!

TEAM TRAINING

Take the guesswork out of what you should be doing in the weight room with your team and let us help design your team’s off-season and in-season strength and conditioning program. With our partnership with Rebound Physical Therapy, we will come in and assess the entire team through a movement screen and performance evaluation. The results from the assessment will help drive the design of the program based on your team’s needs, weaknesses, dysfunctions, and deficiencies as a whole. From there, we have several options that are up to you on how you would like to implement and execute the program.

Option #1:
Bring your team into our facility for each training session and allow us to coach the program while utilizing our facility & all of the amenities. (preferred & most effective)

Option #2:
We spend several days coaching & implementing the program with your team & coaching staff. Once the program has been implemented successfully we cut you lose to carry out the program but stay in close contact to answer any questions that arise. While also checking in periodically to observe, coach, and progress the team when needed. (Not exclusive to Central Oregon)
