1on1 Personal Training

Work With One of our expert coaches to reach your desired fitness goals.

This option is available to everyone and is offered year round and on any day of the week; scheduling arrangements are made between you and your coach. Sessions are 60 minutes.

Our coaches work with a wide variety of ages and ability levels and provide expertly lead sessions to focus on strength, conditioning, sports performance, injury prevention, return to sport injury rehab, wellness, pre-natal and postpartum, and more!

Cost will depend on the package that best fits your schedule frequency.

Create Your Own Small Group

Find a time that works best for you and your coach
for a group ranging in size from 3-15 athletes.

These groups can consist of friends/teammates with similar or mixed goals to accommodate a more private setting and be more cost-effective for families.

This training option is offered year round and on any day of the week; scheduling arrangements are made between the families and the coach in charge. Sessions can range from 60-90 minutes depending on the size of the group.

We are currently working with hockey, soccer, volleyball, softball, baseball, swimming, football, and mixed athlete small groups.

Cost will depend on the number of athletes commited to the session and number of days per week/month.
