Kevin Boss

Kevin moved to Bend in the spring of 2012 after a successful 6 year NFL career highlighted by a Super Bowl XLII victory with the New York Giants. He founded Boss Sports Performance in 2014 with a desire to help athletes of all ages & sports reach their fullest athletic potential through comprehensive training programs.

Erik Jorgensen

A Bend, Oregon native, Erik graduated from the University of South Dakota (USD) with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science, and a minor in Coaching. Erik is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, and is also CPR/AED and First Aid certified. In addition to his exercise science educational background, Erik also parlayed his high school state championship in pole vault into a Division 1 college career by competing in pole vault and sprints for the USD Coyotes. Having experienced the transition period from high school athletics to college athletics, Erik has firsthand knowledge, and the ability to prepare his athletes for the college setting. His personal competitive sports background consists of a variety of sports including Track and Field, Soccer, Cycling, Nordic Skiing, Baseball, Swimming, and Triathlon.

Sam McGinnis

Sam recently moved to the Bend area from Eugene, Oregon. She grew up in Lebanon, Oregon participating in multiple sports: basketball, track, and cheerleading. Sam started her formal education at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon and received her AAOT in Exercise and Movement Science. After LCC she attended Northwest Christian University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology and Human Performance. During that time She became certified under the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Certified Personal Trainer. S.

Taylor Thorpe

We are thrilled to announce that former standout intern Taylor Thorpe is back, and back for good! She will be getting married to Chad this June (2019) and they can’t wait to plant roots in the community! After interning with us last spring and leaving a lasting impression on everyone she came in contact with, we are very excited to have Taylor join the team full time wearing several different hats as Office Manager/Strength Coach/Nutrition Coach.
