Kevin Boss

Kevin moved to Bend in the spring of 2012 after a successful 6 year NFL career highlighted by a Super Bowl XLII victory with the New York Giants. He founded Boss Sports Performance in 2014 with a desire to help athletes of all ages & sports reach their fullest athletic potential through comprehensive training programs.

Will Smith

Will is a recent Portland transplant with a pas- sion for training and nutrition. He met Kevin in 2016 and shares his outlook on fitness and help- ing others. Along with coaching, works with athletes to develop a nutrition program specific to their needs in conjunction with their strength and conditioning demands.

Erik Jorgensen

A Bend, Oregon native, Erik graduated from the University of South Dakota (USD) with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science, and a minor in Coaching. Erik is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, and is also CPR/AED and First Aid certified. In addition to his exercise science educational background, Erik also parlayed his high school state championship in pole vault into a Division 1 college career by competing in pole vault and sprints for the USD Coyotes. Having experienced the transition period from high school athletics to college athletics, Erik has firsthand knowledge, and the ability to prepare his athletes for the college setting. His personal competitive sports background consists of a variety of sports including Track and Field, Soccer, Cycling, Nordic Skiing, Baseball, Swimming, and Triathlon.

Bethany Durre

Bethany, a Mountain View High School graduate, competed in softball and volleyball in high school and went on to continue her volleyball career at the collegiate level. She graduated from Corban University with a degree in Human Performance, with an emphasis in Exercise Science. While at Corban, Bethany was very privileged to intern at one of the top sports performance gyms in Salem, OR. under some of the top coaches, gaining a wealth of practical training knowledge. Bethany is also a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Immediately after graduating, she went on to Alaska to join the volleyball coaching staff at the University of Alaska Fairbanks as an assistant coach and primary strength and conditioning coach. Following her time at UAF, Bethany continued coaching and training at Lake Superior State University in Michigan. Following her coaching career, Bethany managed and taught fitness classes at a yoga, circuit, and cycling fitness studio in North Carolina. While there, she started the studio’s first ever, middle school and high school summer training program, and was influential in expanding the studio’s class schedule and clientele. Bethany is very excited to be back in her hometown working with athletes and sharing her passion and knowledge with everyone at BSP.
