BOSSburn.

BOSSburn is a 45 minute full-body, high intensity interval training (HIIT) class for all fitness levels. It is a bootcamp style class following a circuit training format. This class will incorporate strength training and will have a strong focus on high intensity interval training. You will be sure to get your heart rate up and BURN those calories in this quick and effective group fitness class.

Our BOSSfit classes give you the unique opportunity to bring out your inner athlete! Our classes will consist of a combination of strength training and high intensity interval training. Our strength training will give you the chance to become proficient in all of our movements and exercises while you develop some new found STRENGTH to help you enjoy all the activities Bend has to offer. The interval training finisher will kick your butt and leave you out of breath and dripping sweat but also wanting more!

Semi-Private Adult Training

This is your opportunity to train like an athlete with an individualized program designed just for YOU! The ongoing program will encompass all of the aspects of training that we use with our BSP athletes. Each member will go through a thorough performance screen & evaluation assessment performed in collaboration with our Rebound Physical Therapist Nick Hagen. You will then perform a set of baseline performance tests that will be used later to evaluate & track your progress.

Each member’s individualized program will change, evolve, & progress throughout their training experience. A unique opportunity where the aspects of 1-1 training come to you as a more affordable option by training alongside 2-5 athletes. The athletes enjoy the benefits of training with other athletes but also get the individualized program & attention they desire.

**No prior athletic prerequisites required….just a drive to become the best YOU**

Private Sessions

All of our coaches also train athletes on a private 1-on-1 setting.  Unless a prior athlete at BSP, we require all New Athletes to go through a New Athlete Consultation – 90 minute private session with coaching staff including a movement screen with Rebound Physical Therapy ($99).
