This training option offers the unique opportunity to work along side other dedicated and committed athletes in a much smaller group setting. With this format we never exceed a 1:5 Coach:Athlete ratio which allows for our coaches to deliver a truly personal training experience with more individualized coaching attention. Because of the 1:5 ratio that we maintain, space is limited and we only allow for a certain amount of Semi Private members at any given time.

Semi private training is also our only training option that is offered YEAR ROUND and allows the athlete to join any time of the year whenever works best for their schedule. Our flexible semi-private training schedule offers 6 different designated training sessions per week and allows the athlete to pick and choose what day (Monday-Saturday) they are going to come in based on the semi private membership level they have selected (2,3, or 4 time a week membership).

All of our Semi-Private athletes will go through a fairly intensive initial assessment/intake in order for us to gather as much information on the athlete as we can. This information helps us customize a program specific to the athlete and their: sport(s), goals, strength’s, weaknesses, needs, and dysfunctions.

This assessment begins with a sit down consultation with owner Kevin Boss. In the meeting we chat about goals, expectations, injury history, and training frequency recommendations. Following the consultation we move to the gym where in collaboration with REBOUND PT (our in house Physical Therapy) the athlete will be taken through a Functional Movement Screen (FMS). This movement based test provides our coaching staff with more insight on the athletes movement competency and capabilities. From there we finish up with a series of sport specific baseline tests that help us gauge the athletes overall current level of  fitness, as well as give us some baseline numbers to help us track progress. This consult really sets the tone for the trainings moving forward and a parent is encouraged to join. Initial assessment/consultations are $99.
