YOUTH Semi-Private Training has the individualized athlete sport/goal specific programming benefits of 1-on-1 training but in a small group format (no more than 5 athletes per coach).  This format allows for our coaches to deliver a truly personal training experience with the benefit of a small group “team” atmosphere for the athletes. This program runs YEAR ROUND.

All Semi-Private and Private BSP members meet with our coaching staff for a Initial Semi-Private Consultation ($99)- this session lasts no longer than 90 minutes and includes a movement screen from Rebound Physical Therapy along with a series of baseline tests.  It is in the meeting we also chat about goals, expectations, injury history, and training frequency recommendations.  This consult really sets the tone for the trainings moving forward and a parent is encouraged to join.
