Semi Private is reserved for some of our more serious and dedicated athletes that are seeking smaller group sizes and more individualized programming. Our Semi-Private training groups provide a more intimate training experience where a 5:1 athlete:coach ratio is never exceeded. This gives our coaches an opportunity to not only spend more quality time with each athlete but also gives us a chance to appropriately design individualized training programs tailored specifically for the athlete and their respective sport.

With the collaboration of our in house Rebound Physical Therapy, all of our Semi Private Athletes will be guided through a FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN to uncover any potential dysfunctional and faulty movement patterns that will need to be addressed through a series of prescribed corrective exercises. Each one of our Semi Private Athletes will also get the chance to sit down with a BSP coach for an initial consultation to discuss training goals, nutrition goals, sport specific goals, injury history, etc. This information as well as getting the opportunity to get to know each athlete, plus the results from the Functional Movement Screen is what helps dictate and individualize each athlete’s training program.   Each athlete will also go through a battery of baseline performance tests (Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, 5-10-5 Shuttle, Bench Press, Etc.) and then be re-tested every 8 weeks to track their progress.
