These popular classes are only offered seasonally in the Fall & Winter and with limited spots available these classes fill up FAST! In the Fall we offer our Basketball program (more information below). In the Winter we offer a Baseball program and a Lacrosse program (more info below on both classes)



WHO: Male and Female Central Oregon High School Basketball players

WHAT: A 9-week basketball specific Strength & Conditioning program that also includes a 3 on 3 League with a very lucrative prize! Last years winning team led by former Bend High standout Brian Warinner went to a Blazers game and Nike Employee store with spending cash chaperoned by the BSP Coaching Staff.

WHEN: September 9th – November 8th (9 weeks) MWF 4:30-6pm.

Our 3 on 3 League runs in conjunction with the Strength & Conditioning Program. Meaning if you sign up for the High School Basketball S&C Program you are also enrolling in the 3 on 3 League unless you opt out. League games are played on training days before and after training sessions.

Teams will play a minimum of 12 League games then be seeded into a bracket style tournament during the final week of the program.

Winners will receive:

  • City wide bragging rights,
  • A trip to Portland for a Trailblazers game chaperoned by the BSP Coaching staff, and
  • A visit to the Nike Employee Store with spending cash!!
