The lack of movement, free play, and physical education has become an absolute epidemic amongst our youth today. Not only are childhood obesity rates skyrocketing, kids are also losing the ability to perform very basic and necessary movement skills such as skipping, jumping, crawling, etc.
Our youth development programs are centered around giving kids the opportunity to learn, perform, and eventually master these movement skills and develop critical foundational strength while having FUN and playing.
We want all of our young athletes’ first experience with fitness to be a positive one in hopes that they are able to develop a lifelong love for health and fitness that lasts long after the final buzzer sounds!

Cheer Technique Clinic – 1st Grade through 5th Grade
Saturday, July 21st
We will be covering motions, jumps, and tumbling.
Each participant will gain the ability to properly execute multiple components of cheerleading, grow their skills, and gain confidence.
WHAT TO WEAR: Athletic clothing/shoes and hair pulled back (please do not wear spandex as shorts)
WHAT TO BRING: Water bottle and a good attitude!
WHAT WE PROVIDE: Cheer bow, skill development, and a great experience!
